Janai
joined forces with Steven Popovich towards the end of 2012 to shoot Nikita Redmond,
a new model with London Management. The 15yr old beauty blessed with Italian
and Fijian heritage is definitely one to watch. Janai’s stylistic interpretation
of modern tribal, juxtaposes paisley and floral print with geometric pattern
clashes. Referencing 1980’s silhouettes, high-waisted pants, crop tops and
turbans this ethnic mash up truly brings out the strength in young Nikita’s
amazing genetics and poise. The hair and make up by Margo Regan top the look
with smoldering intensity and a rough edgy finish.
