Seroquel

We have been shooting a lot of pharmaceutical campaigns lately. I enjoy the creative as they often illustrate intangible concepts in unique ways. This campaign for Seroquel Schizophrenia medication was shot by Sean Izzard and art directed by Craig Chester.

Port Macquarie

Adrian Brown, Pete Longworth and myself took a road trip late last summer and shot this campaign for Port Macquarie Tourism. We ran around hinterlands, beaches and waterways with a van full of retro props and a lot of confused locals. We love the fact that Cummins Nitro Sydney came out of their shell with such a kookie regional tourism campaign. Art Director Christie Peolwane is a top chick!

Thompson's

Last month i did this great campaign for Thompson's vitamins featuring Robbie Deans. Most people will attest to the fact that i am the worlds most unsporting New Zealander consequently I had never heard of Deans. I was amazed at his calm, lovely personality and his tolerance for being dressed in retro tracksuits. Michele Aboud shot these beautiful images, I love seeing a photographer with such a strong fashion background shoot something so contrasting.

52 Weekends Away

Todays issue of Good Weekend features this Weekend Away fashion special. Shot by Damain Bennett at the Hanging Tree WInes in the Hunter Valley, it captures a romantic holiday spirt. To be sensitive to this environment I used a warm neutral colour palette with accents of yellow and orange and light weight luxurious fabrics to create this feminine, country feel. Many thanks to Zanita from Pricillas who is top girl!

Head and Shoulders

Ian Butterworth and I worked on this initiative shoot with Saatchi & Saatchi for Head and Shoulders. Unfortunately Proctor & Gamble were not quite as visionary as art director Toby Pike and choose not to run the campaign. Sheldon Wade did some fabulous make up and I got to create crusty gothic creatures to my hearts content!
